Erie Exhibition Game
For the game tonight in Erie you must fill out their covid screening form prior to entering the arena forms.kingsville.ca/HR/covid-19/facility-screening Once you have filled out the form please take a screen shot of the check mark. You will also need to have a picture of your proof of vaccine, as well as photo ID. Kingsville arena has security running the doors and you will not be allowed in if you do not have all of those things.
