To register for the 2023 Breakaway Winter Classic Jamboree. Please click on the link below and complete the registration form:
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a team with a roster greater than 11/12 players, then two team entries must be registered & paid for.
Example. A team with 17 or 18 players would need to be registered as Team 1 & Team 2, in order to facilitate the half ice format. Team 1 plays on one side, Team 2 plays on the other.

Registration deadline is January 30. All entries after this deadline will be wait listed.
Payment MUST be received by SMHA to secure your spot.
Payment can be made via one of the following two options:
Option #1 - Pay by Cheque
