Tournament Format
U9 teams will play a Round Robin round, followed by Semi Final and Championship game
U11 teams will play a Round Robin round, top two teams after round robin advance to the Championship game
U13/U15 2 Game Seeding round, after 2 Game Seeding knockout stage starts, Play In game (7th v 10th & 8th v 9th Seeds), followed by Quarter, Semi Final and Championship games

U9: 10-10-10 Stop time for all games
U11: 10-10-10 Stop Time for all games
U13/U15: 10-10-10 Stop Time for Round Robin and Play in Games, 10-10-15 for QF, SF and Championship Game
Play In/ QF / Semi Final / Final Games
1 x 30 second timeout per team (QF, Semi Final & Final Games only)
if the score is tied at the end of Regulation, there will be 10 minute 3 on 3 Sudden Death Overtime
If the score is still tied at the end of Regulation, there will be a 3 person Shootout
If the score is still tied at the end of Shootout, teams will proceed to a Sudden Death Shootout, with no player shooting twice until teams have proceeded through the lineup

General Information
- If a team has a 5 goal lead in the 3rd period, the clock will run until the lead is back to three.
- Games can start up to 15 minutes early.
- Mouth Guards are Mandatory.
- Neck Guards are Mandatory.
- Referees decisions are FINAL.
- Home team to switch jerseys in case of colour conflict
- Awards for Champions and Finalist.
