Talbot Trail is the premier destination for U18A Hockey!
Our program is designed to develop and prepare players for junior
hockey through elite level skill development, situational awareness and team
tactics.
Knowing that not all players want to play junior hockey, our
program is also designed to challenge individuals to grow and develop as hockey
players so that their final years of minor hockey are their best years. We also aim to equip players with the
knowledge and know-how to one day give back to the game by perhaps becoming
coaches themselves.
So whether you aspire to play junior hockey or you just want to
challenge yourself to grow as a hockey player, then Talbot Trail is the place
for you!

About the
Coach
Coach Josh has been involved in coaching minor hockey for 7
years. This will be his 2nd
year as head coach of the Talbot Trail U18A Hockey Team. He has a vast knowledge in hockey skills, systems
and team tactics. His vision for the
team is…..
“A team that is fast, skilled and hard to play against. A team that communicates, moves the puck, is
positionally sound, knows what to do in all situations and has a work ethic
that is second to none.
In order to obtain this vision, Coach Josh
emphasizes hard work, patience and accountability. He also believes that
by striving to obtain this vision, it will lead to players experiencing success
both as individuals and as a team.

Josh’s Playing Experience Includes:
- Played both forward and defense at every level
- 2 x OMHA Championships with Sun County AAA
- OHF Finalist with Sun County AAA
- Drafted to the OHL Kitchen Rangers
- Played 2 seasons in the Ontario Provincial Jr A Hockey League
- Assistant Captain with the Brampton Capitals Jr A
- Played 2 seasons at the University of Guelph
