Payment can be made via one of the following two options:

Option #1 - Pay by Cheque

Cheques made out to Essex Minor Hockey Association, and dropped off (under the door) at the EMHA Office located behind Section 107 of the Libro Rink at the following address, (please do not mail cheques due to the Canada Post strike)

Option #2 - Pay by E-transfer

Send E-transfer to EMHA treasurer Angela McMurren at [email protected].
Please use Ravens as the password, and include the Team Name in the memo.

I understand payment must be received by EMHA in order to secure a spot in the 2026 Essex Family Day Tournament. Payment due no later than December 1, 2025.

I understand that a Travel Permit & approved Roster must be submitted to Essex Family Day Tournament coordinator prior to participation.

Refund Policy: If EMHA cancels a division, we will provide a 100% refund to affected teams.

If a team withdraws from our tournament, the following refund rates will apply: 

Withdraw more than 30days -100% - $50 admin fee
Withdraw 14-30 days - 50% refund. 
Withdraw less than 14 days - NO REFUND
